The Story Behind the Wheel

Fast Lane Drive started in 2018 with a casual idea and a stretch of road. Clement Connor and Giovanni Letellier, two friends, entrepreneurs, and unapologetic car enthusiasts gathered a handful of fellow owners for a morning drive through the Rancho Santa Fe hills in California, capped off with lunch and conversation that ran long. Before the plates were cleared, the next drive was already on the calendar.

What began as six or seven friends caravanning through San Diego is now a global community of supercar owners, founders, and executives spanning more than 26 chapters from Beverly Hills to Miami to Monaco. The cars got faster. The roads got longer. The lineups now include Pagani Utopia, Bugatti Chiron, McLaren P1s, Ford GTs, and just about every dream machine in between.

But the core never changed: the right people, the right roads, the right reasons. Morning drives became friendships. Friendships became partnerships. And a simple code took shape, show up, look out for each other, and leave every place better than you found it. The cars are still the spark. The point is the people.

Clement Connor | Co-Founder & CEO

A Parisian who landed in California in 2008 and never looked back, Clement built Fast Lane Drive on a simple belief: the best networks are forged on great roads, not in conference rooms. A serial entrepreneur with a background in digital marketing and AI, including founding Smartboost and co-founding Soundful. Clement brings the same builder's mindset to FLD: high standards, intentional growth, and a deep commitment to the communities that host us. San Diego State University alum. Drives one of the loudest cars in the lineup.

Giovanni Letellier | Co-Founder & COO

Giovanni is the strategist behind the wheel. After earning his MBA from USC Marshall and co-founding Smartboost with Clement in 2015, he joined that first Rancho Santa Fe drive in 2018 and helped turn a weekend hobby into a global members-only club. A self-described nerd at heart, though he'd never put it that way, Giovanni is fueled by mathematics and the real-world application of AI, and it shows in how he builds. Now based in Las Vegas, he leads FLD's growing presence not only in his home city but across multiple countries, focused on the long game: scaling chapters that mean something to their local communities, engineering the systems and processes that let the club grow without losing its edge, and protecting the culture as the network expands. He also founded Soundful, an AI music platform because one company is never enough. Off the road, you'll find him on a padel court or glued to an F1 race.
